Using the app

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your password private and upload only information you are entitled to use. You retain your rights in your uploads and permit us and our service providers to process them to provide the features you request. Do not use the app to upload unlawful material, access another person's diary, bypass allowances or disrupt the service.

Nutrition estimates

NutriPedz is a food-recording tool. AI estimates and public food-database entries may be incomplete or wrong, especially for portion sizes, sauces and mixed dishes. Review and correct values before saving. Check packaged-food information against the label. The app does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace professional medical or dietary advice.

Free beta Pro access

All current and new beta accounts receive Pro without payment or card details. Pro includes up to 50 successful AI meal-photo and nutrition-label scans combined per UTC day, plus 30-day progress views. Manual logging, favourites and barcode lookup are also available. Failed analysis attempts are released from the allowance when cleanup succeeds. Limits reset at midnight UTC.

This free access applies during the beta and features may change during testing. Ending the beta does not authorise a charge or create a paid subscription. Any future paid plan will require clear pricing and your separate agreement to checkout.

Earlier sandbox testing

Earlier versions offered Stripe test subscriptions. Those are simulated records and do not collect real money. No Stripe checkout is needed for beta Pro access. Account deletion removes the associated sandbox customer and subscriptions.

Account controls and availability

You can edit or delete meals, export your information and permanently delete your account. Export before deletion if you need a copy. The app is in private beta and may have downtime, incomplete functionality or errors; keep your own copy of important records. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or security issues. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
